SHOU JAPANESE RESTAURANT

Shou is a Japanese restaurant that is tucked away quite nicely in Aman Suria. The food is not bad at all, and the restaurant is cosy for anyone wanting a nice and quiet meal. There are many options in terms of their dishes, and they are all priced very reasonably. I had the mixed teppanyaki and was impressed I must say. It's not the best, but you definitely get your money's worth here. Overall, I would recommend it easily.

If you're around the block and you're hit by a sudden craving of Japanese food, then this is the place. It's okay. It happens to the best of us. For what looks like a neighbourhood restaurant, the quality of the food is very good and the price point is reasonable. I really enjoyed the sushi and my teriyaki was well cooked. Good Japanese restaurants get their rice right - round, sticky and complements your sushi or don really well. So it is a bit of a welcome surprise to find such hidden gem that I wasn't expecting. Plus the music is actually Japanese instead of Tailor Swift, so that's a bonus point already.

I’ve tried both the latte and the orange Americano here — both are absolutely worth it! The latte is smooth and creamy with a really nice balance of espresso and milk —just perfect. But the real surprise was the orange Americano — refreshing, unique, and beautifully layered. It has this bold coffee kick with a citrusy twist that actually works so well. You can tell the coffee is made with care, and everything feels super fresh. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a good cup of coffee! Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality and something a little different.

I ordered Teppanyaki Chicken comes with miso soup and 2 side dishes. Taste is normal but portion is huge with reasonable price only costs RM20. Good value for money and really satisfied

Once in a while we come back to this place. Price is on the higher side but they do serve a number of unique Japanese dishes. Today I am having their salmon Hokkaido seaweed porridge. It really is well done and my wife had the curry chicken katsu omu rice and it was delicious. On our last visit we had their hot stone beef which was lovely and a nice sushi boat. Would recommend coming for a nice chilled dinner date.

Rather cozy restaurant with a decent menu (though a little short on types of sashimi). Friendly waiter with efficient service. The food was very good, big portion and considering the price, great value for money. Having said that, I believe their RM5 for bottomless ocha is over priced. I had the chicken katsu curry omurice, and it was excellent. I'll be returning to explore more of their menu.
